    These entities involved in the following activities are eligible for Udyam registration (as provided in the (MSMED) Act, 2006) -

    (a) Manufacturing Enterprises -   The enterprises engaged in the manufacture or production of goods or employing plant and machinery in the process of value addition to the final product having a distinct name or character or use. The Manufacturing Enterprise is defined in terms of investment in Plant & Machinery.

    (b) Service Enterprises   The enterprises engaged in providing or rendering services and are defined in terms of investment in equipment.

    Note: The small retailers or wholesalers can also register under Udyam and avail the benefits of Primary Sector Lending for their capital needs.

    No, you cannot have 2 Udyam registration with one Aadhar card. If your enterprise is involved in more than one activity or has more than one branch, all the branches and activities related to the business must be stated under the single Udyam registration.

    Q16. How to cancel the Udyam registration Online?
    Visit the cancel Udyam registration to cancel your registration and UAM certificate.
    1.Enter the name of the applicant, mobile number, email ID as mentioned in the aadhar card issued by the central government of India(UIDAI).
    2.Type the 12 digit aadhar number of the applicant as mentioned in the aadhar card issued by the UIDAI.
    3.Enter your UAM number to cancel it.
    4.Write the name of your business as it is printed on the UAM certificate.
    5.Select the type of cancellation as per your requirement.
