Yes, Udyog Aadhaar Registration is replaced with the Udyam Registration. The ministry of MSME declared a notification dated 26.06.2020, that states that all the micro small-medium businesses should be registered under Udyam, and the enrolment process will be known as Udyam Registration.
Also, the definition of MSME was approved by the Union Cabinet - Micro Small and Medium Enterprises to boost the growth of small companies in India. The new definition of MSME was declared by the Finance minister of India.
The MSME new definition states that
Earlier, the MSMEs were defined on the basis of investments put in, now the revised definitions will also include the turnover of the company.
Sitharaman also declared that there will be no more distinction between Manufacturing and Service MSMEs.
MSMEs will now be called Micro units if they have investments upto Rs 1 crore and turnover of less than Rs 5 crore. Small unit if they have investments upto Rs 10 crore and turnover of less than Rs 50 crore. Medium unit if they have investments upto 50 crore and turnover less than 250 crore.

A notification released by Government on Atmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyaan, there are a total of 6 reforms to revive the MSME sector. These are:
Rs 3 lakh crores Collateral free Automatic Loans
Rs 20,000 crore Subordinate Debt for MSMEs
Rs 50,000 crore equity infusion through MSME Fund of Funds

As per the new notification by the Government of India, every business unit registered under MSME / Udyog Aadhaar shall be treated as a valid MSME up to 31st March 2021.
It means that all existing MSME Companies must register/convert on or before 31st Mar 2021 to enjoy the MSME Benefits.
